27 Septiembre - HOWTO : 10 dias pasarse volando

Miau miau,
Ya se me acabaron las vacaciones y de vuelta a lo de siempre. Que divertido, estar en Madrid con mi familia y con mis amigos se consideran vacaciones.
Como puede llegar a pasarse tan rápido el tiempo ... Que bajón tener que volver al curro ... pero mucho ...
La operación que hicieron a Sombrita muy bien ... tuvo unos días más de bajón la pobre ... pero ya cada vez vuelve a ser la misma bruja de siempre :) Voy a dejar aquí unas fotos de la bruja dando vueltas con la lampara :-D
Y aquí de vuelta en el curro, no paran de darme buenas noticias !! La primera es que me quedo sin vacaciones de navidad, me las han denegado para darselas a otros "mas veteranos" ( es decir ... todo el mundo ). Pero me esperaba algo así de Accenture, así que ... estoy montando el Plan B, para poder bajarme a Madrid, aunque no tanto tiempo, pero al menos pasar la Nochevieja en Madrid, que aquí en Dublin ... la verdad es que me motiva muy poco pasar la Nochevieja :-P
Si para mi la familia, los amigos y mi vida tienen bastante más preferencia que el trabajo ... cuando el trabajo me afecta a mi vida ( como no darme vacaciones ni en nochebuena ni en nochevieja ) ... habrá que ofrecer mis servicios a otros / otras :P

Comments: On Friday 16 September, Raquel and I met with Daniel to do find out how he is settling in to his role and to do goal setting for the remainder of the year.I asked Daniel how he was settling in to the role and he said that training went well and that as he has been on the phones since August now, he feels ok with that too. I asked Daniel if the role was meeting his expectations and he told me that he had expected it to be more technical and that he didn't find it very challenging. He said that the majority of calls seem to be about password resets, token resets and how to questions about MS office. He had hoped that the role would be more deep technically and that he would have more ability at agent level to resolve more complex technical issues. Daniel said that he would prefer a role like LTS or Referral team. I told Daniel that I was quite concerned for him to hear that within only 3 months, he was already not seeming very happy in the role and I advised him that even if a position came up on the Referral team or within LTS, there are many other skilled agents who have more experience and would be likely to have a better chance of getting the roles if they became available, however I did confirm that all positions are interviewed for and given to the best applicant, not just the person with the longest tenure.With regards to his team, I asked Daniel how he was settling in and whether his team mates were supporting him. He said that he liked some of them better than others, but professionally gets on with them all. I asked him how he was getting on in particular with Isabel, as I was aware that they had had some sort of an altercation. He said that he and Isabel had resolved their misunderstanding and were able to work professionally together now.In relation to goal setting, I suggested that Daniel, Raquel and I meet again in a month or so to discuss how things were going and to see if Daniel was feeling any happier in the role. I confirmed that I would schedule the meeting and we can see how things have progressed at that stage.

Al menos son claros,,, hay otros mas capacitados por experiencia ;)
Una cosa no me ha quedado clara,,, que significa eso de "For internal use only" no quiere decir preciusamente "for internal use only"? XD
